Abstract:
Provided is a motor-driven linear motion apparatus. The motor-driven linear motion apparatus mainly comprises motors (1, 2, 3, 11, 14), bearings (5, 18), a locking nut (16), a bushing (15), a helical bushing (4), a screw (12), roller chains (8,7), and guide seats (10, 6, 9); the motors drive the combined unit of the bushing (15) and the helical bushing (4) to produce rotational motion, driving the screw (12) oriented by the roller chains (8, 7) and the guide seats (10, 6, 9) to produce corresponding linear reciprocating motion, outputting a driving force in the axial direction. The present apparatus has a high output driving force and a compact structure, clearance is convenient to adjust, guiding and positioning are highly accurate, and the screw is hollow and can pass electrical wiring, liquids, and gases, etc. making efficient use of all space; sliding and rolling members are easy to maintain and replace, service life is long and costs are low, and combinations of different materials and coatings can be applied to various applications for small space, large driving force, high precision, and low cost.
