Abstract:
A motor-driven vehicle (100), comprising a power unit (200) having an engine (210) with a crankshaft (213) extending along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body and a generator (250) which are formed integrally with each other. The generator (250) is directly coupled to the crankshaft (213) and generates power by the rotation of the crankshaft (213). The generator (250) supplies the power to a motor (150) rotating a rear wheel (140). Also, the motor-driven vehicle (100) comprises a pair of pillar materials (115a) disposed on both vehicle body lateral outer sides of the power unit (200). The pair of pillar materials (115a) support the power unit (200) at the position of a bolt hole (1154) formed on the upper side of the crankshaft (213) and at the position of a bolt hole (1156) formed on the lower side of the crankshaft (213). A line connecting the bolt hole (1154) to the bolt hole (1156) is approximately orthogonal to the crankshaft (213).
