A motor end cap and a motor. The motor (M) comprises a housing (M1), a rotor (M2), a stator (M3), three-phase wires (M5) and a motor end cap (100). The rotor (M2) and the stator (M3) are provided in the housing (M1), and the three-phase wires (M5) are connected to the stator (M3). The motor end cap (100) is detachably arranged at one end of the housing (M1). The motor end cap (100) comprises a main body (1) and a detachable front cap (5). Two sides of the main body (1) are recessed to form an outer receiving groove (12) and an inner receiving groove (13). The side of the main body (1) on which the outer receiving groove (12) is formed is also provided with a wire organizing groove (16). The wire organizing groove (16) is provided with a wire organizing module (4). A partition structure (14) is arranged between the outer receiving groove (12) and the inner receiving groove (13). The three-phase wires (M5) pass through three through holes (141) of the partition structure (14), are exposed out of the outer receiving groove (12), and are connected to the wire organizing module (4). The main body (1) has three first wire outlet holes (17) and three second wire outlet holes (18). External wires can extend into the wire organizing groove (16) through the first wire outlet holes (17) or the second wire outlet holes (18) to be connected to the wire organizing module (4).
