Abstract:
The motor for a laundry dryer with a cushion bushing according to the present invention comprises a rotating shaft (21) of a driving motor (20) which drives a drum (10) of a laundry dryer; a pulley (40) coupled to the front end of the rotating shaft (21), over which a power transmission belt (30) for transmitting a rotational force of the driving motor (20) to the drum (10) is looped; a pulley guide (40A) installed in one side of the pulley (40); and front and rear bearing housings (22, 23) surrounding and protecting front and rear bearings (22A, 23A) coupled to the front end and rear end of the rotating shaft (21), wherein a cushion bushing (50) is installed in the outer circumferential surface of the end of the front and rear bearing housings (22, 23), the cushion bushing (50) comprising a bushing (51) and a cushion member (52) coupled to the inner circumference of the bushing (51), wherein the inner circumferential surface of the cushion member (52) is installed to contact the outer circumferential surface of the end of the front and rear bearing housings (22, 23).
