A motor 30 manufacturing method, characterized in including: a step for fixing a rotor 34 in a state in which a main magnet 35 is positioned at a first rotation position; a step for using positioning devices 15, 21 to position a center magnet unit 31 along an axis parallel to the axis of a shaft 33, and position the center magnet 31 at a second rotation position angled by a prescribed angle with respect to the first rotation position; and a step for mounting the center magnet unit 31 positioned by the positioning devices 15, 21 onto the shaft 33.
