A motor structure (1) of the present embodiment comprises a cylindrical rotor (10) fixed to a rotation shaft (3). The rotor (10) has through holes (32) passing through the rotor (10) in an axial direction along an axis (C) of the rotor (10). The through hole (32) is arc-shaped about the center of rotation of the rotor (10) when seen from the axial direction.
