Abstract:
The invention disclosed a motor vehicle identity anti-fake apparatus and method, includes microcomputer (1), communicator (2), member anti-fake device (3) and display (4). The member anti-fake device (3) has data and cipher memory and is installed on vehicle license and other members via legal registration; By means of the microcomputer in the management center or detection station, the identity state of vehicle is monitored automatically, including that true and false of license and whether license and vehicle is matched, main member of vehicle and whether color, design, frame and size of body of vehicle Relevant is matched with legal registration, whether vehicle passed through prescribed examination on time, whether vehicle has certain specific usage, whether vehicle belongs to vehicle of 'specific tracking' of the country-related law administration; and use communication and intuitionistic display to provide related information to outside. It is used for auti-fake of motor-vehicle-identity-status and provide to the law administration for recognizing the legal status of motor-vehicle-identity.
