Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor vehicle light unit (4, 6) comprising: a light source (12, 18) capable of emitting light rays along a central light beam and an annular outer light beam; and an optical device (14, 20) comprising a central portion (14.1, 20.1) capable of transmitting the central light beam along an optical axis (16, 22) of the light unit, and an outer portion (14.2, 20.2) capable of reflecting the annular outer light beam along said optical axis (16, 22); wherein the outer portion (14.2, 20.2) forms an annular wall which ensures that the annular outer light beam is reflected. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle lighting module (2) comprising two light units (4, 6) according to the invention that are arranged on either side of an optical axis (8) and comprise a common projection lens.
