Abstract:
This motor 1 is provided with: an axially extending shaft 2; a rotor 3 having a field magnet 32; a stator 4; a resolver 5 located closer to one axial side than the rotor 3 and the stator 4; and a shield member 7, at least one part of which is located axially between the rotor 3 and the resolver 5. The shield member 7 has: a bottom 72, at least a part of which is located axially between the rotor 3 and the resolver 5, and which has a through-hole 72a through which a shaft 2 extends; and a protrusion 73 extending to the other axial side from the bottom 72. When viewed axially, the front end of the protrusion 73 is located closer to the radially inner side of the rotor 3 than the outer peripheral section of the field magnet 32.
