Abstract:
A motorcycle pump and disc brake integrated assembly, comprising a housing (1), a brake shoe (2), a piston (3), a plunger (4), a brake arm (5), and a brake pump (6), wherein the housing (1) and the brake pump (6) are of an integrated structure and the brake pump (6) is located at the side of the housing (1); the brake pump (6) is separately communicated with the piston (3) and the plunger (4) by means of an internal flow channel (7) of the housing (1); the piston (3) abuts against the brake shoe (2); the outer end surface of the plunger (4) abuts against the end of the brake arm (5); the brake arm (5) is hingedly connected to the housing (1); and a reset spring (8) is provided between the inner end surface of the plunger (4) and the housing (1). The solution integrally designs the brake pump (6) and the disc brake, and has the advantages of being small in overall volume and mounting space, and effectively improving the reliability and a brake force.
