Abstract:
Disclosed is a mould for manufacturing an aluminium alloy bar material, the mould comprising a die (2), a die cushion (1) and a flow guide plate (3). The die cushion (1) is provided with an extrusion cylinder, the flow guide plate (3) is provided with a flow guide hole (4), and the die (2) is provided with a flow guide chamber for connecting the extrusion cylinder and the flow guide hole (4). An inlet of the flow guide hole (4) is located on an axis of the extrusion cylinder, an outlet of the flow guide hole (4) deviates from the axis of the extrusion cylinder, and an included angle between the central axis of the flow guide hole (4) and the axis of the extrusion cylinder is 30-60 degrees. The mould can prevent the occurrence of coarse grains during the manufacturing of the aluminium alloy bar material in a extrusion manner.
