Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method in which a double-pipe form of steel material is bent so as to be moulded into an elbow, and relates to a method for moulding a double-pipe elbow by sequentially implementing: a double-pipe moulding process involving the production of a double pipe by forming an inner pipe by welding and moulding a metal material, having a different material quality from that of an outer pipe, onto the inside surface of the outer pipe; a first heat treatment process involving ensuring the stability of the physical properties of the inner pipe by subjecting the double pipe to a post-welding heat treatment matched to the material quality of the inner pipe; an elbow moulding process involving producing an elbow by bending the double pipe that has been treated in the first heat treatment process; a second heat treatment process involving ensuring the stability of the outer pipe and the physical properties of the outer pipe by subjecting the elbow obtained by the elbow moulding process to a further heat treatment; and a cooling process involving cooling the elbow that has been treated in the second heat treatment process. Also, the present invention: makes it possible to obtain the advantage that the inner pipe can easily be welded onto the inside of the outer pipe, as the double pipe is produced by forming the inner pipe by welding the metal material, that is different from the outer pipe, onto the inside surface of the outer pipe presenting a linear form in the length direction; and makes it possible to obtain the advantage of being able to prevent damage due to partial denaturing or cracking of the inner pipe due to physical pressing forces acting on the inner pipe during elbow moulding in the bent form, since moulding into the elbow in the bent form takes place by means of a pressing method using a mould, after having stabilised the metal material of the inner pipe by subjecting the double pipe, which was formed by welding the inner pipe onto the inside of the outer pipe, to a heat treatment under post-welding treatment conditions constituting conditions allowing stabilisation of the physical properties of the metal material forming the inner pipe.
