Abstract:
A mounted component (101) is an LGA type mounted component which has a rear surface (2) and which is provided with one or more rear surface electrodes (3) on the rear surface (2), wherein a center of gravity (4c) of a rear surface electrode arrangement region (4) is in a position offset from a center of gravity (2c) of the rear surface (2), where the rear surface electrode arrangement region (4) refers to a region defined by surrounding, by a rectangle having the shortest length, a region in which the one or more rear surface electrodes (3) are arranged.
