Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention is a mounting apparatus (A) that allows fast assembly without using any assembly tool and screws in products having a U-shaped body profile (1) characterized in that; comprises the battery (2), the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and the control kit (5) positioned on the U shaped body profile (1) as the equipment of the said mounting apparatus (A) and the mounting spring (6) that fixes the control kit (5), the said battery (2), the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and the control kit (5) on the U-shaped body profile (1).

2. A mounting apparatus (A) according to claim 1; comprises the equipment slot (1.1) where the said battery (2), first driver (3), second driver (4) and control kit (5) are located on the U-shaped body profile (1).

3. A mounting apparatus (A) according to any preceding claims; the serrated inner surface (1.2) that enables the mounting spring (6) to hold on the said U- shaped body profile (1). 4. A mounting apparatus (A) according to any preceding claims; the flexible side surface (6.1) located on both sides of the said mounting spring (6) that allows the said mounting spring (6) to be fixed by pressing on the serrated inner surface (1.2).

A MOUNTING APPARATUS

Technical Field

The invention relates to a mounting apparatus for use in products having a U profile body structure.

In particular, the invention relates to a mounting apparatus that enables rapid assembly without using any assembly tool and screws in products having a U profile body structure.

Background of the Invention

Installation tools such as screws and screwdrivers are mostly used for mounting various equipment on products with U profile body structure.

The assembly of the mentioned structures is a process that requires both expert workmanship and the use of extra tools.

Screwing process becomes both difficult and impossible to control, as the movement area is narrow in products with narrow cross-section.

Compression elements with different heights are used for the assembly of materials with different heights. In the said assembly process, there are problems in alignment when the material is mounted in the middle of the U-shaped body. The material to be mounted every time is mounted on the body axially offset.

In addition, the cables are disciplined by using an additional material in the cabling processes in the U-shaped bodies in the current technique. The low mobility in narrow-section structures can be solved by using both difficult and excessive intermediate materials. This causes the cost of finished products to increase and product labor values to rise.

In the literature patent application numbered TR 201820000 relates to “The invention is not intended to eliminate the deformations and loss of time caused by the welding process used in the assembly process during the production of lighting fixtures and to produce a new fixture obtained in this way, to obtain twisted D profiles with increased strength by bending the extruded profiles in the three-roll bending machine, twisted D profiles the main parts of the skeleton are placed and mounted with screws, the skeleton spacers are placed between the main parts of the skeleton with screws by the desired positioning, the formed upper sheet metal profile is placed on the skeleton main parts and mounted with screws, the bottom sheet profile is placed under the skeleton main parts and screw a lighting fixture production method that has the process steps of assembling with the product and thus obtaining a monolithic lighting fixture console by just screwing without the need for welding, and the result of this method is obtained. In the said application, a method of mounting a lighting fixture realized by screwing D profiles is disclosed.

In the literature patent application numbered TR 2018/07688 relates to “This invention, public buildings, historical buildings, bridges and so on in the lighting industry. It is about LED lighting with a functional structure that can be used in the lighting of the exterior facades of buildings. For the reasons mentioned above, a new mounting apparatus was needed.

Object of the Invention

Based on this aspect of the technique, the object of the invention is to introduce a new mounting assembly that eliminates the present disadvantages.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that enables direct manual assembly without using any hand tools such as screw or screwdriver.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the assembly process to be carried out quickly and prevents the assembled part from being mounted on the body in an offset manner.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure resistant to buckling, pulling and bending.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure with more strength than the screw mounting system.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows assembly and disassembly to be performed with only one person.

Another object of the invention is to present a structure that significantly reduces the labor cost.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that eliminates the need for compression members with different heights for mounting materials with different heights. Explanation of Figures

In this detailed description, the innovation subject to the invention is explained only with examples that do not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject. The invention is a mounting apparatus (A) that allows fast assembly without using any assembly tool and screws in products having a U-shaped body profile (1) characterized in that; comprises the battery (2), the first driver (3), the second driver

(4) and control kit (5) positioned on the U shaped body profile (1) as the equipment of the said mounting apparatus (A) and the mounting spring (6) that fixes the control kit

(5), the said battery (2), the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and the control kit (5) on the U-shaped body profile (1).

The mounting apparatus (A) of the invention consists parts of, an U-shaped body profile (1), the battery (2), the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and control kit (5) positioned on the U shaped body profile (1) as the equipment of the said mounting apparatus (A), the mounting spring (6) that fixes the control kit (5), the said battery (2), the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and the control kit (5) on the U-shaped body profile (1), equipment slot (1.1) where the said battery (2), first driver (3), second driver (4) and control kit (5) are located on the U-shaped body profile (1), the serrated inner surface (1.2) that enables the mounting spring (6) to hold on the said U-shaped body profile (1), the flexible side surface (6.1) located on both sides of the said mounting spring (6) that allows the said mounting spring (6) to be fixed by pressing on the serrated inner surface (1.2).

In the application of the mounting apparatus (A) of the invention, first of all, the battery (2) is placed in the equipment slot (1.1) formed on the U-shaped body profile (1).

Then, the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and the control kit (5) are placed in the equipment slot (1.1 ) formed on the U-shaped body profile (1 ) in a similar way. Afterwards, the mounting spring (6) is pushed from the top so that it is on the said battery (2) and the battery (2) is fixed on the U-shaped body profile (1).

Likewise, the mounting spring (6) is positioned on the first driver (3), the second driver (4) and the control kit (5) and the assembly process is completed by pushing from the upper part.
