Abstract:
[Problem] To optimize antenna characteristics both when the device is attached or not attached to the human body. [Solution] This mounting base comprises: a mounting section on which a communication device is mounted or held so as to come into contact with or come close to the mounting section, the communication device including an antenna and being attachable to the human body; and a correction section that is provided to the mounting section, and that corrects antenna characteristics of the antenna of the communication device mounted on or held by the mounting section.
