A mounting member (30) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is mounted to a sheet (20) having a first principal surface (21) and a second principal surface (22) on the back side of the first principal surface (21), and an electric wire member is fixed to the mounting member (30). The mounting member (30) comprises a first member (31) and a second member (32). The first member (31) has: a shaft portion (33) penetrating through a penetration portion (23) of the sheet (20); a first seat portion (34) extending from a first end portion (33b) side of the shaft portion (33) in a direction intersecting the shaft portion (33) so as to be in contact with the first principal surface (21); and a fixing portion (35) provided to a second end portion (33c) side of the shaft portion (33) and to which the electric wire member is fixed. The second member (32) has: a pivoting portion (36) pivotably supported on the first end portion (33b) side of the shaft portion (33); and a second seat portion (37) extending from the pivoting portion (36) in a direction intersecting the shaft portion (33) so as to be in contact with the first principal surface (21).
