Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR ON-BOARD VEHICLE PARTS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/051694
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a novel mounting structure for on-board vehicle parts that allows an on-board vehicle part to be easily mounted to a bolt when mounting the on-board vehicle part to a bolt provided on a vehicle and that can advantageously prevent the on-board vehicle part from separating from the bolt due to vehicle vibration. An anchoring part 30 comprises a nut support face 42 that abuts and supports a nut 54 that screws onto a bolt 16, and a notched bolt insertion section 36 that extends from the outer edge 39 of the anchoring part 30 toward a bolt through-hole 34. The bolt insertion section 36 extends with a width measurement that is larger than the bolt 16 diameter measurement: W2 and smaller than the nut diameter measurement: W3. An engaging part 44 that protrudes further than the nut support face 42 is provided in at least a portion of the region from the nut support face 42 to the outer edge 39 on both sides of the bolt insertion section 36 in the width direction, and the engaging part 44 interferes with the nut 54, thereby preventing the bolt 16 from being removed from the bolt insertion section 36.
