Abstract:
Disclosed are a mounting structure of a Hall circuit board, and a brushless direct current motor applying the same. The mounting structure of the Hall circuit board comprises a fixing frame (1) and a Hall circuit board (2). The top of the fixing frame (1) is provided with a cavity (11). The bottom wall of the cavity (11) is recessed to form mounting grooves (12). The Hall circuit board (2) is mounted inside the cavity (11). Hall elements (21) at the bottom face of the Hall circuit board (2) extend into the mounting grooves (12). The cavity (11) is filled with an encapsulating material (3). The encapsulating material (3) covers the Hall circuit board (2). The structure is simple. The Hall circuit board (2) can be ensured to maintain a reliable operation in the long-term use or under extremely humid environment by completely encapsulating the Hall circuit board (2).
