Description:
Mounting System for Trigger Mechanism in Semi-Automatic Rifles with Horizontal Chamber

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the connection of the trigger mechanism, of which a user gives the first drive for the firing process, on the rifle case in semi-automatic rifles with horizontal chamber, used for hunting and sports purposes.

STATE OF THE ART

The trigger mechanism provides firing by a pressing thereon by the user and is self-installed to perform the next fire. The trigger mechanism is connected to the case by means of at least one pin in the lower part of the rifle.

Mounting the trigger mechanism in the semi-automatic rifles with horizontal cartridge chamber used in the state of the art is accomplished by connecting the pin to the case from the side so as to hold the trigger mechanism. However, ease of assembly and its use cannot be provided since the pin center cannot be found exactly. The sleeve causes heavy damage to the pin and case (ring breakage, sleeve breakage, pin bending, and hammer marks on the receiver, etc.) due to the fact that the pin is trying to be inserted by hand by an impact to the circlip sleeve because the center of the pin is not fully adjusted.

When the utility model document titled "Portable removable trigger group system in rifles" with the application number "TR2015/03536", which was determined in the literature research conducted in the state of the art, is examined, the sleeve causes heavy damage to the pin and case (ring breakage, sleeve breakage, pin bending, and hammer marks on the receiver, etc.) due to the fact that the pin is trying to be inserted by hand by an impact to the circlip sleeve.

In summary, the main problem existing in the state of the art is the inability to center the pin that connects the trigger mechanism to the case, or the difficulties experienced during its centering. Consequently, existence of the aforementioned problems in and the inefficacy of the available solutions necessitated making an improvement in the technical field of connecting the trigger mechanism to the case in semi-automatic rifles.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a trigger mechanism mounting system that meets all the aforementioned requirements, that eliminates all disadvantages, and provides further advantages.

The main object of the present invention is to form at least one support element on the rear part of the trigger mechanism and at least two tabs on the two sides in order to ensure the centering of the pin that connects the trigger mechanism to the case.

Another object of the present invention is to enable both the rifle user and the assembly personnel during production to complete the assembly directly without trying to adjust the mounting pin center, while assembling the trigger mechanism, by connecting only the grade on the back of the railing to the case, and then leaning the side supporting tabs on the two sides of the trigger mechanism to the case.

Structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description provided with reference to these drawings, and therefore the respective evaluation should be conducted by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention should be evaluated with the figures described below in order to ensure the best understanding of the embodiment and all advantages together with the additional components of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the detailed description provided herein, preferred embodiments of the inventive mounting system (A) for trigger mechanism in semi-automatic rifles with horizontal chamber are solely provided for the purpose of ensuring a better understanding of the respective subject and therefore, they cannot be considered imposing any limiting effects.

In the mounting system of the present invention, the grade (23) protrusion that first contacts the rifle case (20) during mounting of the mechanism is formed at the rear (on the butt side) part of the trigger mechanism (20) to be mounted. Said trigger mechanism (20) has at least one tab (22) on both sides and said tabs (23) have tab housings (12) formed on the rifle case (10) (Figure 1).

During the assembly process, first, the grade (23) formed on the back of the tab mechanism (20) is connected to the rifle case (20), and then thetabs (22) are placed on the rifle case (20) from both sides, thus it is ensured that the mounting pin (21) is inserted directly into the pin slot (11) without trying to adjust its center (Figure 2). By means of the mounting system (A) for trigger mechanism in semi-automatic rifles with horizontal chamber, which is the subject of the present invention, the trigger mechanism (20) becomes easy to assemble and the person performing mounting does not need to adjust the center of the mounting pin (21).

The process of removing the trigger mechanism (20) from the rifle case (10) is performed as follows:

• The pin (21) is removed from the rifle case (20).

• The trigger mechanism (20) is rotated downwards until the tabs (22) are free.

• The trigger mechanism (20) is pushed forward (toward the barrel) and is mounted.

The mounting process of the trigger mechanism (20) from the rifle case (10) should be performed as follows:

• The trigger mechanism (20) is connected to the support element (23) formed at the back of the rifle case (20).

• The trigger mechanism (20) is placed in the case so that its tabs (22) abut against the tab housings (12) formed in the rifle case (20).

• It is pulled backwards (opposite to the barrel) and the pin (21) is inserted into the pin slot (11).

The protection scope of this application is defined in the pending patent claims, and under no circumstances may it be construed to be limited with the detailed description provided above for illustration purposes, moreover, it is obvious that a person skilled in the art may set forth the novelty of the present invention by taking advantage of similar embodiments and/or implement this embodiment in the fields with similar purposes used in the relevant art. Therefore, it is obvious that such configurations will lack the criteria of novelty and especially being beyond of the state of the art.
