Title:
MOUSE IN WHICH SITE-SPECIFIC MODIFICATION OF TARGET PROTEIN IS TEMPOROSPATIALLY CONTROLLED, METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOUSE, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/044143
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mouse (Mus musclus) in which a site-specific modification of a target protein is temporospatially controlled, a method for producing the mouse and use thereof, more specifically to a transgenic mouse in which the expression is controlled of a target protein to which a modification of a particular site is attached in accordance with temporospatial inflow of unnatural amino acid. The mouse capable of temporospatially controlling site-specific modification of a target protein according to the present invention can control the expression of a target protein, to which is attached a site-specific modification, in accordance with the time and/or site at which unnatural amino acid is introduced, and thus the present invention can be useful in the research of target protein function in the body, new drug development, and the like.
