A movable clay model milling machine and a moving method. The movable clay model milling machine comprises a base (2), an electromagnet (3) and a push-out mechanism (4). The base (2) is located at the lower end of a body (1), and the base (2) is used to support the body (1). The electromagnet (3) is mounted at the lower end of the base (2). The push-out mechanism (4) is mounted at the lower end of the base (2). The clay model milling machine is used to adjust the push-out mechanism (4) into a release state, and the push-out mechanism (4) lifts the base (2), such that a sufficient mounting gap is formed between the base (2) and a pre-embedded steel plate (G); a carrying trolley (5) is placed in the mounting gap, such that the body (1) is placed on the carrying trolley (5); the body (1) is conveyed, by means of the carrying trolley (5), to the pre-embedded steel plate (G) of a station, such that the base (2) is separated from the carrying trolley (5); then, the carrying trolley (5) is moved away, and the push-out mechanism (4) is slowly folded, so that the electromagnet (3) is attached to the pre-embedded steel plate (G) to complete anchoring.
