Abstract:
Provided are a movable combined method and a movable combined device for washing oil sand. The method realizes the deep separation of oil and mud/sand, the recovery of oil and the purification of sand or mud mainly through steps of primary washing, pre-separation, secondary mixing, solid-liquid separation, tertiary oil-water separation and quaternary mud/sand treatment and backfilling. In the device, pipeline mixing and eddy flow-reinforced washing are employed to realize high efficiency, low energy consumption and miniaturization of the integrated system; and the device has the advantages of being capable of realizing movable operations and not producing secondary pollution.
