Abstract:
Provided is an arrangement wherein installation angles of an acceleration sensor are calculated with high accuracy, thereby making high accuracy corrections of accelerations from the aforementioned acceleration sensor. A frequency analysis unit (11) in an acceleration correction unit (10) subjects sensor coordinate system accelerations from an acceleration senior (20) to wavelet transforms and dissolves the transform results into bias frequency components, gravity frequency components, kinetic acceleration frequency components, and noise frequency components. The frequency analysis unit (11) outputs only sum components of gravity frequency components and kinetic acceleration frequency components to an installation angle estimation unit (12) and a correction computation unit (13). The installation angle estimation unit (12) estimates installation angles of the acceleration sensor (20) on the basis of accelerations consisting only of sum components of gravity frequency components and kinetic acceleration frequency components and gives the estimated results to the correction computation unit (13). The correction computation unit (13) uses the estimated installation angles to correct accelerations consisting only of sum components of gravity frequency components and kinetic acceleration frequency components, thereby calculating and outputting movable body coordinate system accelerations.
