Abstract:
This moving image capturing and displaying device (7) includes: a camera (1) which captures moving images; a guide (2) for disposing the camera (1) on a horizontal circular trajectory passing around a person (4); a display monitor (5) which displays the moving images being captured by the camera (1); and an operation panel (6) which causes the camera position to move in such a way that the camera (1) captures images of a certain location on a surface layer of the person (4).
