Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a moving image generation device that presents one scene of moving image contents in a form to be easily understood by a user. A moving image distribution server 100 according to the present invention comprises: a moving image content storage unit 101 that stores moving image contents; a scene acquisition unit 104 that acquires a scene moving image from the moving image contents; a frame acquisition unit 105 that acquires a plurality of frames from the scene moving image; and a GIF conversion processing unit 106 functioning as a generation unit that generates a digest moving image in accordance with the length of the scene moving image and the plurality of frames.
