Abstract:
The texture of an object represented in a moving-image is heightened. A signal processing unit (10) is provided with a texture detection unit (13) for analyzing the motion vector of a moving-image and thereby determining the texture of an object represented in the moving-image, and a texture correction unit (14) for performing a moving-image process that corresponds to the determination result of the texture detection unit (13).
