Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an Msg3 repeated transmission parameter determination method and device, and a storage medium, which are applied to a terminal. The method comprises: determining a candidate value set of an Msg3 repeated transmission parameter on the basis of a multi-PRACH actual times of transmission.
