Abstract:
A mud preparation and circulation separation system, comprising: a mud storage pool (6); a mud and sand separator (4) communicated with the mud storage pool (6) through a mud conveying pipe; a drilling machine (2) provided corresponding to a pile foundation protection cylinder (1) buried underground, a mud outlet pipe (3) of the drilling machine (2) being communicated with the mud and sand separator (4) to provide mud to be separated for the mud and sand separator (4); a first mud pump (7) provided between the mud and sand separator (4) and the mud storage pool (6) and used for conveying the mud separated by the mud and sand separator (4) into the mud storage pool (6); a second mud pump (5) provided between the mud storage pool (6) and the drilling machine (2) and used for conveying the mud in the mud storage pool (6) into the pile foundation protection cylinder (1) corresponding to the drilling machine (2); a mud preparation pool (8) containing the prepared mud; and a third mud pump (9) provided between the mud preparation pool (8) and the mud storage pool (6) and used for conveying the prepared mud in the mud preparation pool (8) into the mud storage pool (6).
