Abstract:
A multi-agent reconstructed combination and a multi-degree-of-freedom posture adjustment system. In the present invention, with regard to transfer and posture adjustment requirements of large-size, large-bearing and heterogeneous high-end equipment in a wide range of complex environments, different numbers of AGVs are joined and laid out in the shape of the Chinese character "吕", the shape of the Chinese character "品", the shape of the Chinese character "田" and other "special-shaped" combinations, so as to realize a synergetic motion mode; moreover, an automatic leveling two-axis turnover solution based on a high-damping shock-absorption system is carried, such that the influence of displacement on a device caused by climbing and an uneven road surface is eliminated. A mechanical joining apparatus, a wireless communication signal transceiver and a laser range finder are provided between the AGVs, so as to realize a high-precision synchronous working scenario with dynamic detection and real-time correction, thereby increasing the flexibility degree of intelligent equipment, reducing manual labor during a product transfer and interfacing process, preventing a waste of resources caused by a traditional transferring mode, and realizing the efficient application of cooperative operation of the intelligent equipment in a precise transfer stage.
