Abstract:
A multi-band Wi-Fi access point capable of preventing performance degradation due to inter-band mutual interference is provided. A multi-band Wi-Fi access point, according to the present invention, comprises: an antenna; an N-frequency duplexer for splitting N number of frequency signals; N number of RF switches having a common terminal respectively connected to one from among N number of terminals of the N-frequency duplexer and first and second terminals selectively connected to the common terminal; N number of Wi-Fi transceivers; N number of power amplifiers of which the input ends are respectively connected to the output ends of the N number of Wi-Fi transceivers and of which the output ends are connected to the first terminals of the N number of RF switches; N number of low noise amplifiers of which the input ends are connected to the second terminals of the N number of RF switches and of which the output ends are respectively connected to the input ends of the N number of Wi-Fi transceivers; and N number of noise removers, which receive a reference signal formed from a combination of an RF reception signal of the Wi-Fi access point, that includes sideband noise outputted from the N number of low noise amplifiers, and RF transmission signals from the other channels, so as to output the RF reception signal of the Wi-Fi access point, from which the sideband noise is removed, to each of the input ends of the N number of Wi-Fi transceivers. According to the present invention, sideband noise of a Wi-Fi signal to be inputted in the reception end of a Wi-Fi transceiver is removed, and thus interference is not present on a channel through which reception is being performed.
