Abstract:
Provided are a multi-component refrigerant cold box separation system for propane dehydrogenation having stable cooling capacity supply and low overall energy consumption of the system, and a process method. The multi-component refrigerant cold box separation system for propane dehydrogenation comprises a main heat exchanger, a multi-component refrigerant compressor, a multi-component refrigerant separator, a reaction gas first-stage gas-liquid separator, a reaction gas second-stage gas-liquid separator, a pre-cooling refrigerant separator, a cryogenic refrigerant separator, a liquid product buffer tank, a first pipeline, a second pipeline, a third pipeline, a fourth pipeline, a fifth pipeline, and a sixth pipeline; a reaction gas pre-cooling channel, a reaction gas cryogenic channel, a propane feed channel, a propane gasification channel, a pre-cooling refrigerant channel, a cryogenic refrigerant channel, a multi-component refrigerant backflow channel, a purified gas product channel, a liquid product channel, and a flash evaporation gas channel are all arranged in the main heat exchanger. The present invention overcomes the problem of excessive overall energy consumption of an existing system, requirements of high purity of hydrogen of a purified gas product and a high recovery rate of a propylene product are met while reducing the amount of circulating hydrogen.
