Abstract:
A multi-current sensor proportional error balancing control method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), comprising: providing an impedance network between a direct current power supply and a three-phase inverter connected to a PMSM, wherein the impedance network avoids a short circuit between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the direct current power supply during the action of shoot-through vectors; under the action of two shoot-through vectors in a PWM period, using three-phase current sensors to respectively sample the sum of a current of each of the three-phase output branches of the three-phase inverter and a current of a same bridge arm branch of the three-phase inverter, and performing calculation according to the sampled currents to obtain a relationship between proportional error coefficients of the three-phase current sensors; and then calculating a correction coefficient, and using the correction coefficient to provide feedback for control, thereby implementing the correction of a proportional error of the current sensors. According to the method, current sampling is performed during the action of shoot-through vectors, and the pumping of a bus voltage of a three-phase inverter is realized, so that the problem of sampling blind areas would not occur, and an operating range of a motor is expanded.
