Abstract:
A multi-degree-of-freedom piezoelectric actuator with a spherical rotor, comprising a base (1), the spherical rotor (2), a support frame (3), a pre-pressure adjusting mechanism (4), a stator bracket (5), and three stators (8) with the same structure, and further comprising three stator brackets (5) with the same structure. The stator brackets (5) are annularly and fixedly connected to the support frame (3) in the mode that the difference between every two stator brackets (5) is 120°. A guide groove (7) is formed in the stator bracket (5). The stator (8) comprises a guide shaft (6). The section of the guide shaft (6) along the axis is T-shaped. A guide key matching the guide groove (7) is provided on the peripheral side of the guide shaft (6). The guide shaft (6) is slidably connected to the guide groove (7) by means of the guide key. An annular elastic member (13) is provided on the front end face of the guide shaft (6). A piezoelectric ceramic piece (12) is provided on the back surface of an outer ring of the annular elastic member (13). The elastic member (13) is tightly attached to the inner wall of the spherical rotor (2) under the pre-tightening force applied by the pre-pressure adjusting mechanism (4). Compared with the prior art, the stator connecting mechanism has the advantages that the structure is simpler, the processing and mounting procedures are saved, and the stress balance between the stator (8) and the rotor (2) during working can be improved.
