Abstract:
A multi-dimensional exercise apparatus for arm and wrist comprises: a connecter (10) adapted to have a weight (11) mounted thereon; a first rotary member (20), which is mounted on the connecter (10); a first handle (40), which is mounted on the first rotary member (20), being able to rotate relative to it; a second rotary member (30), which is mounted on the connecter (10), being able to rotate relative to it; and a second handle (50), which is mounted on the second rotary member (30), being able to rotate relative to it. Based on the rotation of these rotary members and handles, users can exercise more joints and muscles.
