Abstract:
The invention discloses a multi-directional detection device using visual identification for precision electronic injection molding products. The device comprises a body (1), a groove (7) and a second telescopic rod (17); a supporting frame (2) is arranged at the top of the body (1), and an extension plate (3) is arranged on the left side of the body (1); a vertical rod (4) is connected to the top of the extension plate (3), and an operation plate (5) is movably arranged at the top of the vertical rod (4); the operation plate (5) is connected with the vertical rod (4) through a bolt, and the outer wall of the operation plate (5) is provided with a visual sensing module (6); the groove (7) is arranged inside the operation plate (5), and a movable plate (8) is movably connected to the inner wall of the groove (7). The body (1) is connected with the supporting frame(2) in a welding manner, thereby increasing the connection strength and avoiding any crack therebetween when the supporting frame is under load; meanwhile, the supporting frame (2) is vertically connected to the top of the body (1) so that the supporting frame (2) can be constantly kept in the absolute vertical state.
