Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-directional polishing device for shoe vamps, comprising a concatenated round bar (1), a clamping protruding platform (2), an isolation sleeve (3), an active turning wheel (4), an outer gear protruding platform (5), a round bar passing hole (6), a clamping groove (7), a middle turning wheel (8), an outer turning wheel (9), a sleeve-passing hole (10), a regulating insertion hole (11), a circular groove (12), a regulating outer gear (13), an inserted bar (14), a locating groove (15), a clamping spring (16), a limiting baffle (17), a holding-down nut (18), a constant speed electric motor (19) and a circular brush (20). The structural principle of the device is simple, i.e. a plurality of combined turning wheels carry out transmission via gears, and removable outer gears are used to realize different transmission ratios, so that an output of the constant speed electric motor changes, a cambered combined brush surface is more rational, and the operating process is convenient and effective.
