Abstract:
A multi-fluorescence microsensor, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof, relating to the technical field of biological detection. The sensor uses amino-polystyrene microspheres as a carrier, a rhodamine B fluorescent probe fills the microspheres for detecting temperature, and a BCECF fluorescent probe is modified on the surfaces of the microspheres for measuring pH. Provided is a method for measuring the temperature and pH of micro-environments inside and outside an oocyte. The prepared multi-fluorescence microsensor is injected into the perivitelline space of the oocyte by using piezoelectric ultrasonic microinjection technology, such that the measurement of the temperature and pH in the oocyte is realized. The multi-fluorescence microsensors are arranged in array micro-pits at the bottom of a culture dish by using micromanipulation technology to form a sensor array, such that simultaneous measurement of the temperature and pH of the microenvironment outside the oocyte is realized.
