Abstract:
A multi-focus image generation apparatus (1001), a head-up display apparatus, related methods, and a device. The apparatus comprises an image generation unit (310) and a focal length adjuster (320). The image generation unit (310) is configured to generate a light beam carrying image information and direct the light beam to the surface of the focal length adjuster (320). The focal length adjuster (320) is configured to perform focal length adjustment on the light beam reaching the surface of the focal length adjuster (320) to generate multiple focal planes (331, 332) of the multi-focus image generation apparatus (1001). The focal length can be adjusted flexibly by means of the focal length adjuster (320), so that the focal length can be continuously adjusted to any value, and any number of focal planes or imaging planes (331, 332) at any position can be achieved.
