A multi-frequency points multi-address access method and device are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: in the case that a system includes multiple working frequency points, transmission of information in an uplink and transmission of information in a down link of every working frequency point among several working frequency points are respectively configured with the way of multi-address access; every working frequency point performs transmission of the information in the uplink and/or the information in the downlink based on the configured way of multi-address access. By means of the technical solution, a simple way of multi-address access is provided, the link capability of working frequency points are ensured, the whole network throughput is improved, and simultaneously the problem of system Peak Average Power Ratio is given attention to two or more things.
