Abstract:
A multi-function wheelchair, comprising a wheelchair seat (1) and two sets of wheels (2). The two sets of wheels (2) are respectively and rotationally provided on two sides of a bottom portion of the wheelchair seat (1). Each set of wheels (2) comprises a large wheel (21). A plurality of wheel tires (211) is fixedly provided along the circumference of the large wheel (21). A groove (2111) is provided between each of the wheel tires (211). A paddleboard (212) is fixedly provided in each of the grooves (2111). The length of each of the paddleboards (212) along the radius of the large wheel (21) is less than the length of the wheel tire (211) along the radius of the large wheel (21). When the large wheel (21) rotates along a ground surface, none of the paddleboards (212) contacts the ground surface. The paddleboard (212) of the multi-function wheelchair does not interfere with on-road movement. In water, the paddleboard (212) contacts a water flow perpendicularly and can impede the water flow, reducing water resistance and assisting in water discharge, and a reaction force can improve movement of the wheelchair.
