Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-functional comprehensive training apparatus capable of being gripped stably, and belongs to the technical field of strength training apparatuses. The multi-functional comprehensive training apparatus comprises symmetrically arranged front upright columns and symmetrically arranged weight stacks, wherein the front upright columns are provided vertically and are each provided with a cable pulley mechanism, and the cable pulley mechanism comprises a steel cable and a bracket, a first end of the steel cable being used for cable pulley exercises, and a second end of the steel cable bypassing the weight stacks and being connected to a Smith mechanism; the Smith mechanism comprises a guide post, a hanging rack and an adjusting plate, the guide post being slidably connected to a movable frame, the upper end of the movable frame being horizontally provided with a barbell bar, the barbell bar being connected to a hook frame, and the hook frame being provided with two hanging shafts, which match the hanging rack and the adjusting plate, respectively; and the lower end of the hanging rack is movably connected to a pulley, and the second end of the steel cable bypasses the pulley and is connected to the bracket. By means of the present invention, the combination mode of the Smith mechanism and the cable pulley mechanism in a traditional comprehensive fitness trainer is improved, a group of weight stacks is shared by the Smith mechanism and the cable pulley mechanism, the cable pulley mechanism can be used as a safety limiting device of the Smith mechanism, the barbell bar can be gripped stably, the entire operation is simple, and raw materials are economized.
