Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-functional exercise device for enabling various exercises, such as Pilates, weight training, and aerobic exercise, to be selected and performed at home or in the office at low cost without a large space. The present invention comprises: a main body part (110) which includes a body (110), a support (120), a first holder (130), an elastic member (140), length-varying members (160) provided, with the elastic member (140) therebetween, in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface of the body (110), and a first support member (170) and a second support member (180) screw-coupled to the body (110), and which supports the upper body of a user; a first wing part (200) which includes a body (210), a handle (220), a second holder (230) and a third support member (240), and which is connectively provided at one side of the lower portion of the main body part (100) so as to support one foot of the user; and a second wing part (300) which includes a body (310), a handle (320), a third holder (330) and a fourth support member (340) and which is connectively provided at the other side of the lower portion of the main body part (100) so as to support the other foot of the user.
