Abstract:
A multi-gear thrust ratio-adjustable caulking gun. A rotating trigger (2) is pivotally connected to a fixed handle (1) by means of a gear adjustment mechanism (4); the gear adjustment mechanism (4) comprises: a truncated circular limiting hole (43), a sliding slot (42) and a truncated circular fixing shaft (41); sliding slot openings are respectively formed on two side surfaces of the sliding slot located on a connecting portion of the rotating trigger (2); limiting teeth are formed in the sliding slot (42) by sequentially communicating at least two positioning holes (420); the truncated circular fixing shaft (41) passes through the truncated circular limiting hole (43) and both ends of the truncated circular fixing shaft extend out of the sliding slot openings of the sliding slot (42) respectively; the width of the joint between the two positioning holes (420) is the passage width of the limiting teeth; a minimum truncated circular width of the truncated circular fixing shaft (41) is slightly smaller than the passage width of the limiting teeth.
