Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of impulse voltage generators, in particular referring to a multi-layer compact reciprocal non-inductive resistor. The multi-layer compact reciprocal non-inductive resistor comprises a resistance insulating barrel and resistance wires. An inductance adjusting area is arranged at the end of the resistance insulating barrel, and resistance wire winding grooves and resistance transposition grooves are provided on the resistance insulating barrel. The resistance wires are wound in the resistance wire winding grooves and the resistance transposition grooves in a matched manner. The present invention is mainly used in a closed compact-type impacting device and is surrounded by gas having high insulating property, and therefore the spacing between resistance grooves can be very small. The resistor uses a multi-layer winding structure, fully utilizes the space of the insulating barrel, and reduces the overall length of the resistor. An insulation ring is arranged between each layer of the resistance wire to ensure the insulation strength of each layer. The number of the resistance grooves for winding the resistor is an even number. The winding direction of each layer of resistor is opposite, and the winding directions of adjacent resistance discs are opposite. Certain adjustment grooves are reserved for adjusting the inductance generated during resistor winding process, in order to reduce the residual inductance to the minimum.
