Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cigarette preparation, and provides a multi-layer composite cigarette paper structure for easy flavoring and a manufacturing method. The multi-layer composite cigarette paper structure for easy flavoring comprises inner cigarette paper provided outside tobacco shreds and outer cigarette paper provided outside the inner cigarette paper. Ventilation adjusting grooves are formed in the side of the inner cigarette paper, decorative holes are formed in the outer cigarette paper, the inner cigarette paper is provided with a first flavoring layer, and the outer cigarette paper is provided with a second flavoring layer, so that the inner cigarette paper and the outer cigarette paper are processed in groups during processing and sequentially wrap outside the tobacco shreds during cigarette manufacturing. According to the present invention, multiple layers of cigarette paper are processed in groups and then used for wrapping layer by layer, and various flavored cigarette paper having the same basic paper and different flavors is processed, without the need of separate processing, so that the paper processing waste can be reduced; the inner and outer cigarette paper and the flavoring layers can be respectively processed, thereby improving the flavoring flexibility, facilitating the subsequent targeted improvement and optimization of cigarette paper according to the functions of different layers, and improving the experience of smokers.
