A multi-layer composite pot and a manufacturing method therefor. The pot comprises a pot body (1); the pot body (1) comprises a pot outer layer (2) and a pot inner layer (3); the pot outer layer (2) is made of a magnetically conductive stainless steel material or a magnetically conductive iron material; the pot inner layer (3) is made of a food-grade stainless steel material or a food-grade titanium material or a food-grade copper material or a food-grade iron material; the pot body (1) further comprises a thermally conductive layer (4); the thermally conductive layer (4) is arranged between the pot outer layer (2) and the pot inner layer (3); the thermally conductive layer (4) is made of an aluminum material or a red copper material; the thermally conductive layer (4) is arranged at the bottom of the pot body (1). The pot outer layer and the pot inner layer are made of different materials, so that the production cost is reduced; the pot inner layer is made of a food-grade metal material, so that the food cooking safety is improved; the thermally conductive layer and the pot outer layer are metallurgically combined, so that the thermally conductive performance of the bottom of the pot body is improved.
