Abstract:
A multi-layer online laminated stone plastic board, comprising in order from the top layer to the bottom layer: an upper stone plastic layer (3), a middle stone plastic layer (5), and a lower stone plastic layer (7). The thickness ratio of upper stone plastic layer (3): middle stone plastic layer (5): lower stone plastic layer (7) is 1:3-4.5:0.9-1.3, the ratio of PVC to stone powder in the upper stone plastic layer (3) is 1:2.7-1:3.5, the ratio of PVC to stone powder in the middle stone plastic layer (5) is 1:4.5-1:6.4, the ratio of PVC to stone powder in the lower stone plastic layer (7) is 1:2.7-1:3.8, and a reinforced layer (4) of glass fiber cloth or non-woven fabric is provided between the upper stone plastic layer (3)and the middle stone plastic layer (5). The multi-layer online laminated stone plastic board may reduce the cost of the board, enhance the stability of the board, reduce the shrinkage rate, and may also resist the shrinkage force of a wear-resistant layer and a paint layer, thus keeping the board balanced and preventing the board from warping upwards.
