Abstract:
A multi-layer single-bead continuous electric arc additive manufacturing method for a metal structural member. A welding machine is used as a heat source, and a metal wire material is used as a forming material; a welding device is driven by a robot to move according to a planned continuous spiral rising slicing path, and performs electric arc additive manufacturing on a substrate; and a servo system drives a welding gun mechanical arm according to a calculated spiral path, and the welding gun mechanical arm drives a welding gun to print a single welding bead along a predetermined track.
