Abstract:
A multi-modal nonlinear microscopic imaging system, comprising a signal collection apparatus and an imaging processing terminal (31), wherein the signal collection apparatus comprises: an excitation light path module (101) for arranging and exciting laser light in different nonlinear modals at different times; a sample-bearing sheet (36) for bearing a sample; a focusing module (102) for focusing the laser light from the excitation light path module onto the sample on the sample-bearing sheet (36); a transmission-light processing module (103) for processing transmission light that passes through the sample from an excitation light path, and detecting an excited Raman signal; and a reflected-light processing module (104) for detecting reflected light that is generated by the sample on the sample-bearing sheet (36) via the excitation light path, so as to obtain a detection result.
