Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a multi-mode communication device networking method, communication method and system, a device, and a chip. The networking method comprises: sending, to a network access node, response information on the available communication modes between the network access node and a node waiting to access the network, wherein the available communication modes are divided into a plurality of sets, the modes in each set are incompatible with each other, and the modes in different sets are compatible with each other; and when a preset negotiation result is met, determining, by means of a networking negotiation process, the optimal mode in each set selected on the basis of the response information as handshake information between the two nodes, so that the network access node reports the corresponding routing information according to the handshake information, and thus a root node updates networking routing information, wherein at most one optimal mode is selected from each set to obtain a plurality of optimal modes, and the plurality of optimal modes are adopted at the same moment. According to the present invention, a plurality of mutually compatible optimal modes between the nodes in any two adjacent layers can be determined, so that high-quality communication performance after networking is ensured.
